High Point University is a truly stunning campus, and the Fine Arts Center is a focal point. We were asked by the university to both repair the epoxy floor coating and provide a warmer and richer look more fitting of the space. Many challenges needed to be overcome including seating, air conditioning vents and to sloped and concave grade of the floor. The floor was shot blasted and cracks addressed, then overlayed and antiqued. A high performance polyurethane coating was applied to protect the finished product.
